The building represents an aesthetic balance of glass and exposed concrete giving it flair and distinct architectural character. The exposed concrete portal anchors the lightness of the facade and gives the building a timeless Contemporary identity. The predominant use of Concrete and glass simplifies the facade and has the advantage of minimum maintenance.
