1. Investment Banking
2. Relationship building with Lenders/banks/ FI/ NBFC
3. Liasoning with Valuer / engineer for Valuation report
4. Liasoning with advocates for Legal report / Title Search report
5. Loan documentation, Pre – disbursement compliance, Post disbursement compliance
6. Debt Servicing, Interest MIS / working
7. External Credit rating interface, Issuance of NDS (No Default statement)
8. Preparation of various MIS ( Customer sales MIS / report), Loan MIS, Issuance of NOC request
9. Preparation of Project Cash Flow, CMA data
10. Financial Analysis, Understanding of various ratios, Loan covenants, Compliance tracker.
11. Review of Balance Sheet
12. Understanding of RBI Guidelines, RERA compliance, MCA portal browsing.
13. Knowledge of Working capital loan, WCDL, Issuance of BG / LC.
14. Knowledge of Stock Statement/ FFR/ QIS/ FSMTL/CA Certificate, etc.
